The machine can work in the best state for a long time, and the quality and output of plastics are stable, which is the basic condition to ensure that the production enterprise has higher profits.
The operator can take care of himself, work in accordance with the safe operating procedures, and be dedicated, which is the best maintenance and maintenance of the facility. Therefore, new workers must learn and memorize the safety operating procedures before taking up the post, and after passing the assessment of the operation process, they can announce their posts and operate independently.
To work independently and become a qualified extractor production operator, you need to pay attention to the following:
(1) During the handover, any problem caused by the production line equipment of this train shall be reminded to pay attention to the problem and the handover shall be clear; Make handover records of total production, product quality and safety instruments used in manufacturing. (2) When taking over, after completing the handover procedures, first inquire the production quality of the equipment, check the quality of the raw materials used for manufacturing, and check the quantity of materials manufactured in the withdrawal machine silo. If any problems are found, they should be raised with the supervisor immediately.
(3) Check whether the temperature of the extractor drum and the process control environment is within the manufacturing standard processing temperature range. According to the quality of the product, according to their own practical experience, can be moderately adjusted.
(4) Make a close inspection around the production line equipment for a week, check the working conditions of each transmission system part during the operation of the equipment, see whether the operation is smooth and normal, listen to the noise during the work, and check whether the ambient temperature of the heating position is working normally.
(5) Check the operating voltage and ammeter of the main motor on the actual operation control cabinet. At this time, the ammeter pointer should be within the normal rated voltage indicator value.
(6) All production and manufacturing is normal. In the stable rotation process of the extruder screw, the plastic products are driven by the engine extruder at a constant speed and stability; Look at the appearance quality of the equipment at regular intervals, or take some goods to check whether the indicators of the equipment are qualified.
(7) When there is a sudden power failure at work, the power switch of the main motor, electric heating and feeding system should be turned off immediately, and the knob of the variable speed switch should be set to zero. When the power supply system is restored, the cylinder should be heated first, and after the processing environment temperature is reached, the temperature is controlled for a period of time. Connect the belt with a manual motor to test how much pressure the screw rotates; If it's easier, let the motor run at a low speed and start working. If the ammeter pointer exceeds the rated voltage value or the screw speed ratio is unstable, it should be stopped immediately, find out the cause (possibly the low temperature of the material in the cylinder), investigate and handle the cause of the fault according to law and remove it before starting.
(8) If the downtime is long or the production is suspended, if the polyene bean raw material is manufactured in the barrel, it does not have to be removed. Then, if there are raw materials such as acrylic resin in the bucket, you need to remove the raw materials in the bucket; Then, the screw is folded and unloaded to remove the viscosity in the screw and barrel; After the finished product in the screw barrel is cleaned, a layer of anti-rust agent is applied, the screw is wrapped, and the screw is suspended vertically under dry and manic natural ventilation conditions.
